The Role

The Stewarding Supervisor will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department, which may include supervising the cleaning of any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel, and also work with the Executive Chef to manage the department of hourly steward employees. The Stewarding Supervisor will have basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef.
