Culinary Director

Onyx Park Resort is seeking a strong and commercially minded Director of Culinary to lead and shape the overall culinary direction of the resort. A leader who understands how to position culinary as a key driver of guest experience and business performance, through clear concept, consistent execution, and effective team development.

Responsibilities:

• Full oversight of culinary operations across all outlets.
• Development and execution Onyx's culinary direction and dining concepts.
• Driving performance through a balance focus on guest experience, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Building and leading a capable culinary team, including developing key leaders.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and kitchen productivity in line with financial targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support operational and commercial objectives.
