A leading food & beverage bakery is seeking a Culinary & Baking Process Auditor responsible for visiting around 40 branches to monitor and audit food preparation and baking parameters. The role aims to standardize taste, quality, and presentation across all locations.


Key Responsibilities:



-Audit food preparation and baking processes at branch level



-Ensure compliance with culinary standards and recipes



-Identify deviations and implement corrective actions



-Train kitchen staff to maintain product consistency



-Report findings and propose process improvements



Requirements:



-Experience in the F&B industry (culinary or bakery background preferred)



-Strong knowledge of food quality and hygiene standards



-Excellent communication and coordination skills
