CTS Application Support - L2 Techno-Functional

• Understanding of CTS, DEM, APTRA application support.
• Understanding of PPS concept.
• Handling Techno-Functional L3 support of CTS, DEM, APTRA application support.
• Oracle 19c with RAC setup understanding.
• Understanding of prewriting queries and modification in existing or writing fresh complex SQL queries as per support requirement.
• Unix (understanding of OS and its commands), understanding of Java code will be an added advantage, configuration of web browsers like JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS etc.
• Participation in gathering business requirements, preparing BRS and SRS documents accordingly.
• Experience in VA and APPSEC points understanding and resolution will be added advantage.
• Understanding of CBS (Finacle) will be added advantage.
