CTD Engineer

Basic understanding of CTD UBD and OBD concepts, familiarity with CT equipment such as reel, injector, BOP, PCE. Understands CTD rig systems including tower, tower sections, hoisting, pumps, solids control, BOP stripper, CT string basics, and drilling mechanics (WOB, RPM, ROP). Awareness of well control fundamentals and knowledge of downhole motors, drill bits, agitators, and MWD/LWD fundamentals. Understands and tracks coiled tubing life limits, bend radius constraints, and fatigue risks. Familiar with common CTD risks and proficient in maintaining and monitoring well integrity standards.
