Job Description
** This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for candidates new to EvergreenHealth Monroe. Bonus is pro-rated by FTE, applicable education, and relevant experience. EvergreenHealth Monroe reserves the right to determine the amount and this statement is not a guarantee of payment. **
Wage Range: $47.64 - $76.51 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation, such as shift differentials and premiums may be available for this role. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, applicable education and internal equity.
**Week 1 Tue, Wed 8 hrs, Thur, Sat 12 hrs.
**Week 2 Sun, Mon 12 hrs, Thur/Friday 8hrs
