Overview
*This position is for 38 hours/week and requires an eight hour shift every Saturday**Sign-On Incentive for External Hires Only*Working under the direction of the CT/X-Ray Manager, CT/X-Ray Supervisor, and CT Clinical Director, the CT technologist is responsible for performing all technical procedures within CT as described in the DFCI Imaging Policy Manual. The CT technologist duties include the responsibility of the delivery of safe and effective imaging procedures, participation in departmental education programs, participation in organizational and departmental goals and priorities and active involvement in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) activities. Each CT technologist position requires a close working relationship with Imaging professionals, nursing, and technical staff, as well as with providers, investigators, and their staff.
