CSSD Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, cleaning, packing, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (Autoclave, ETO, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage
• Coordinate with Operation Theatre and other departments for instrument supply
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the CSSD area

Requirements

• Diploma / Certification in CSSD or relevant field
• Prior experience as a CSSD Technician preferred
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
