Job Description

CARTERS Invercargill has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and operating a forklift to safely load products onto delivery trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills who takes pride in delivering exceptional, timely, and safe service to our customers. With your high energy and can-do attitude, you will:

Operate a forklift to load and unload products, ensuring stock is put away in a timely manner

Fulfilling customer orders accurately and preparing despatch and transfer documentation

Participate in cycle counts and stock checks, reporting any discrepancies promptly

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets
