About the Role

Siloam Hospitals Group is committed to improving healthcare accessibility across Indonesia through our Papua CSR Program. We are looking for a highly motivated professional to support and manage the operational aspects of this initiative. This position will be based at our Head Office in Karawaci, with occasional assignments to Papua.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational arrangements related to Papua clinic support, including:

• Flight arrangements to and from interior Papua and home cities
• Employee rotation scheduling among clinics
• Employee movements and logistics coordination
• Training coordination and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• BHP (medical consumables) and pharmacy restocking management
• Report submissions and reimbursement processing
• Coordinate medicine ordering, procurement, and timely delivery to clinics in Papua.
