**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment to ensure consistent production targets are met
+ Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
+ Adjust crusher settings and feed rates to optimize material quality and throughput
+ Identify and report mechanical issues or hazards promptly to minimize downtime
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
