About the job CRUISE FLEET / STAFF CHIEF ENGINEER

Required qualifications and competences:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer/Staff Chief Engineer or other relevant experience from the Cruise Industry
• Valid class Chief Engineer license and certificates according to STCW 95 as amended
• Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC)
• Good knowledge of the requirements under USPH and USCG
• Great leadership skills
• Fluent command in English
• Great interpersonal skills and good team leading ability
• Good references
• As part of our hiring process, candidates will undergo standard pre-employment checks, including medical and drug/alcohol testing
