CRSP Lead

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***.

Overview

Under supervision of the Transportation Manager, the Central Receiving & Shipping Point (CRSP) Foreman is responsible for the receiving and shipping of all freight, optimizing outbound shipments by coordinating with carriers to ensure trucks are loaded to capacity and depart on schedule. The foreman manages shift schedules, conducts safety briefings, and trains staff on material handling equipment (MHE) like forklifts and cranes. They maintain digital logs in Warehouse Management Systems (Maximo) or military systems (GCSS-A, TC-AIMS or GATES), handle Bills of Lading (BOL) and HAZMAT manifests, maintain a clean workspace, and manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment.
