Role Overview

We’re hiring a high-calibre Account Manager to own client relationships and lead delivery across CRO and web projects for ambitious eCommerce/Shopify brands.

This role is the operational centre of Growth Needle. You’ll sit between clients, strategy, designers, and developers, turning goals into clear priorities, keeping delivery moving fast, and ensuring every project lands to a high standard.

This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll drive outcomes, set direction, create clarity, remove blockers, and keep delivery moving at pace.
