AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our expanding, high-performing anesthesia team in Daytona Beach, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking flexibility, strong compensation, and a collaborative clinical environment in a coastal setting.
Compensation
Base PRN Rate: $175/hour
Earn Up to $200/hour through our newly approved PRN incentive program:
Work 5 pre-scheduled shifts per month (minimum 8 hours each)
Receive retroactive increase to $200/hour for those shifts
Designed to reward consistency and support staffing stability
Schedule Flexibility
Shifts available: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s
Build your schedule based on availability
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for increased earnings
