Your role
The task of the CRM Training Manager is to support the deployment of a new CRM system worldwide at ZEISS by developing, organizing, and delivering training to the Sales and Service companies (SSCs). 
Become an expert, understand and explain NextGenCRM and our global template in detail 
Act as SFDC trainer and train key users in ZEISS-specific Service processes in depth 
Prepare and conduct Training Delivery Enablement sessions (“how to train”) according to our Train the Trainer approach + coach SSCs in end user training delivery based on their local needs 
Maintain and expand the existing training material with new features, transfer the material to a new, more interactive training plat...
