You will be a well-rounded retention disruptor that can optimise, drive and deliver results across the ever-growing customer base. You will own, create and deliver the overall CRM strategy, identifying key commercial levers and priorities across CRM channels. You will also manage loyalty programmes, focusing on testing new initiatives across different customer cohorts and types. You will manage and deliver email planner, working closely with the creative, brand and marketing team on delivery automation, lifecycle and broadcast emails.
