Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing Order Processing, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. Ensure accurate order entry and timely release of customer orders into the system. Verify all required order details before processing; coordinate with the CSD team for missing information. Coordinate with CSD, PPC, CAD, Sampling, Diamond, and Production teams for smooth order execution. Prioritize orders based on delivery timelines and production schedules.
