Job Description

 As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in the Mammut Digital Marketing & CRM team, where you will design, execute, and monitor CRM marketing campaigns and email marketing automation. Your main goal will be to increase customer loyalty and retention, as well as drive business growth with various CRM activities. 
 
  Do what you love:   
 Develop CRM marketing campaigns and loyalty management tactics in our CRM/CDP with the goal of consumer retention, cross-selling, and reactivation to drive more engagement and incremental growth  
 Develop a segmentation-based lifecycle management consumer base and actively steer through email marketing and other direct marketing channels 
 Be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and operationalization of the Mammut loyalty program 
 Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to build ongoing value through CRM and personalized communication
