ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage client relationships, drive sales growth,

and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
 Generate new business through calling, lead sourcing, data mining, and market research
 Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
 Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets
 Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, pricing, negotiations, and order status
 Ensure Sales Orders (SO) are processed after PO approval
