Looking ahead, we have set a strategy to become a national firm through organic and M&A activity and are now adding firepower to our team that will accelerate into that ambition.

As we continue to grow, we are investing in our Marketing technologies, AI-enabled innovation and embedding CRM and HubSpot across the firm.
