CRM Business Analyst – Veeva Vault (M/F/D)

Tasks

• Support end users and provide clear, actionable guidance on Veeva Vault CRM and related tools
• Collect, document, and prioritize system enhancements and improvement ideas
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities across countries
• Communicate production changes effectively to the business and ensure adoption
• Ensure all activities comply with pharma regulatory standards

Qualification

• Extensive experience in a commercial pharma environment – critical for success
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault technologies (CRM and Vault modules)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
