Guide the use and configuration of Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign for North America Sales and Operations. Build expertise in these tools to increase adoption, strengthen best practices, and resolve issues quickly. Partner with Global CRM, Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to keep systems aligned with our needs and allow faster, regionally motivated responses to market demands. You will lead best practice documentation and user guidance to help teams work smarter.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen users' knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign to improve adoption and support
- Create and communicate best practice guidance for user communities
- Translate requirements from Product Marketing, Strategic Pricing, and Sales Operations into CPQ solutions
- Support Salesforce, CPQ, and DocuSign users by troubleshooting issues and strengthening best practices
