We are looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Relationship Management administrator team! In this role, you will provide logging support to sales teams, for both Quotes and Orders, The new colleague also need to handle manner and fulfilling Emerson quality standards. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Registers in the electronic system all request for quotations and order from customers Maintains an updated database by adding new Customer contacts and accounts Sends acknowledgement of receipt to customer Assigns related system tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office Provides support to the Sales team that meets customer requirements and ensures the highest standards of presentation Updates CRM database with the relevant information for every query that is being logged Maintains soft copy documents Facilitates archiving of all documents used in the logging phase Provide ...
