Main duties of the job
To provide a 24-hour Critical Care Outreach (CCO) service across the Chelsea and Sutton site.
To identify patients who are acutely deteriorating and are for active treatment.

 To work in collaboration with the Critical Care Unit team (CCU), Medical/Surgical teams and the Clinical Site Practitioner (CSP) to assess and treat the acutely deteriorating patient.
