Serving as Erie County's 24/7 crisis hotline operator as well as community crisis responder since 1993, Crisis Services offers phone, mobile and walk-in services to individuals of all ages. In addition to providing comprehensive crisis interventions, Crisis Services is also a part of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Under the direction of the Crisis Program Director, as a Crisis Clinician II, you will provide clinical services to individuals experiencing a self-identified crisis. Your primary responsibilities include answering phones, obtaining clinical information, responding to crisis situations in the community, and documenting all related activities.
