Crisis & Business Continuity Manager

Deliver on the Resilience Framework of Predict, Prevent, Respond, Recover across APMM.

Implement overall Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategy in the region, including policy and standards.

Support and implement resilience training programs and create regional improvement plans.

Implement and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience across the region.

Ensure the organization’s ability to deliver critical logistics operations during and after disruptions.

Manage and coordinate crises at Level 2.

Ensure BR Governance between CEN and Regions.

Ensure resilience framework elements are implemented in all regions.

Customer engagement, contract and commercial support for regional customers.

Develop and maintain Regional CMPs.
