Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Base salary and total compensation vary by experience and trial record.

• Base salary: $120,000 to $135,000
• Total compensation: $130,000 to $155,000+
• Compensation includes base salary plus quarterly performance bonus based on case value and closings.
• Additional benefits include 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance for employee coverage, 3 weeks PTO plus firm holidays, 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year, and a path to senior associate and leadership roles.
