This Crewing Manager leads the end to end crewing function for all Company vessels, ensuring they are staffed with competent, compliant personnel aligned with the Crew Model and operational requirements.

The role provides strategic oversight of crew planning and deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support safe and efficient project execution.

• Structured engagement with Project Managers to understand project pipelines, risks, and manpower forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional crew planning meetings with Operations and Technical teams to ensure manpower requirements are accurately captured.
