Join our team as a Crewing Coordinator
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for offshore personnel coordination across our Asia Pacific operations. You’ll manage mobilisation, compliance, and logistics for a wide range of vessel-based roles including Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Marine Crew, and Supervisory teams.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
Prepare and manage employment documentation.
Ensure crew competencies and certifications meet regulatory and operational requirements.
