CREW TRACKING EXECUTIVE/OFFICER

Mô tả công việc: Phối hợp với các đơn vị, bộ phận liên quan để điều hành tổ bay thực hiện nhiệm vụ bay hàng ngày /, đảm bảo chuyến bay an toàn, đúng giờ và chất lượng phục vụ/ Liaise with related units and departments to monitor crew flight activities / and ensure flight safety, ontime and high quality of service
- Cung cấp thông tin tổ bay (GENDEC, APIS) cho các nơi liên quan theo quy định/ Provide flight information (GENDEC, APIS) to related parties in accordance to the regulation.
- Bố trí tổ bay di chuyển (positioning, dead-heading) khi làm nhiệm vụ / Arrange necessary accommodation for positioning/deadheading flights for the crew on duty.
- Điều động xe đưa đón tổ bay đi làm nhiệm vụ; đặt phòng khách sạn cho tổ bay/ Arrange shuttle and travel accommodation for the crew on duty;
- Giải quyết nguyện vọng tổ bay hàng ngày theo quy định/ Resolve all crew queries in accordance with the regulation.
