Trillium Professional is now seeking a Crew Supervisor in Alcoa, TN!

Pay rate $40-43/hr. Schedule has 12 hour rotation shifts, days or nights 5:30A – 5:30P. Rotational shift schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off, this may change in future. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production crew members on the manufacturing floor.

-Lead daily shift meetings to review goals, recognize achievements, and address concerns.

-Ensure safety, quality, cost and production standards are met by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and adjusting workflows as needed.

-Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

-Train and mentor new and existing team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
