Crew Leader

Southern Ecosystems Management is looking for an experienced and competent person to step into the role of Crew leader for our Melbourne West works. This would be the ideal role for a person who has current leadership experience, or if you have plenty of experience as a technician and are ready for the next step into a leadership role.

Southern Ecosystems Management provides contract environmental vegetation management works and consulting services to a range of clients both public and private. The works that we undertake are diverse and we often undertake long term management of sites which enables long term planning and strategic management.

The ideal candidate will be a hard worker that can independently lead a small team on a range of tasks. You will be prepared to lead and instruct others on correct procedure and OH&S. Importantly you will have a love of the natural environment and enjoy working outdoors.
