• Obtainsupplier statements at month end
• Compareto ledgers in Syspro
• Finalize reconciliations
• Prepare EFT requisitions for payment
• Submit to Financial Manager for signoff
• Submit monthly cash flow requirement to FinancialManager
• Prepare monthly Accrual List of all creditors
• Follow up on all outstanding queries withoperations
• Captureand process invoices
• Processand check all freight invoices
• Capturefreight invoices
• Ensurecustoms and duties are charged
• Processforeign creditors
• Checkand investigate foreign currency variances
• Checkand investigate purchase price variances
• Processall monthly cash books
• Ensureall invoices are processed and paid monthly
• Ensuremonthly debit order invoices and statemen...
