The successful candidate will be responsible for the full creditors function, ensuring accurate processing of supplier accounts and timely payments in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Full creditors function from invoice processing to payment
- Capturing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
- Ensuring invoices are properly authorised and allocated
- Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies timely
- Preparing and processing weekly/monthly payment runs
- Maintaining accurate creditor age analysis
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
