Credit Union Programmer Analyst III

USC Credit Union is hiring a Programmer Analyst III / Mid-Level Developer to join an IT team sized so every developer drives their own projects and decides how the work gets done. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this role contributes to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications that support credit union operations and our members. It's a fit for someone who thrives on self-direction, makes sound technical decisions on their own judgment, and prefers driving the work over navigating process.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Designs, codes, tests, debugs, installs, documents, and maintains complex software applications.

+ Interacts with users to determine their software application objectives, scope, and requirements.
