Duties: Assess analyst work and creditworthiness as a senior on the team and assign appropriate credit rating by credit & financial analysis. Review & underwrite the structuring of annual & transaction Credit Approval Memos. Complete/Review due diligence of North American Insurance companies with industry knowledge to provide appropriate extensions of credit remaining within risk appetite per Wholesale Credit Risk Policy, perform outlook & industry overview of the portfolio for presenting to leadership.
