With operations across the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, this organisation continues to grow its Australian presence and is now seeking an experienced Collections Officer due to growth. 

This is a hands-on collections role where you will be managing high volume collections calls in a fast-paced, professional environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the finance team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Telephone collections on active accounts to resolve delinquency issues, retain customers and minimize losses
• Management of 60+ to 150+ day ledgers
