Credit Manager at Reputable Rural Bank

A reputable Rural Bank located in the Eastern Region seeks to employ the services of a Credit Manager. Persons who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the position.

Job Description

• The person shall prepare credit strategy of the bank

• The person shall prepare and deliver presentations and reports regarding key credit issues, exposures and the periodic credit review report to the CEO

• Prepare monthly credit report, submit all loans report to Credit References Bureaus and register all securities in the collateral registry

• Carry out regular credit facility reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of the credit

• Monitor all loans and report on early warning signs to the Chief Executive Officer

• Maintain minimum loan recovery rate of 95% on monthly basis

• Achieve monthly recovery rate of 5% in respect of overdue loans
