Credit Controller

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Solihull, United Kingdom . This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £26,500 per annum .

Responsibilities

• Dealing with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of landlords and recovering debt and NDS arrears.
• Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlords instructions to maximise income to the Company.
• Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps.
• Ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.
