Your Impact
The Credit Controller is a critical position within our Credit Services team and sits within our head office in Melbourne. It is responsible for the management of end-to-end credit functions, fulfilment of service levels, enhanced business user and customer experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes. 
You will contribute and support the Credit framework and to the build of an associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and definition of the business user and customer experience strategy, as it relates to Credit, and support execution of the associated roadmap

Ensure adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements of the Credit function, assist in defining and development of a Credit Reporting framework
