Credit Controller – Port Services, Asia Pacific

We are looking for a Credit Controller who will be functionally reporting to Regional Credit Manager – Port Services, Asia Pacific.

The position will be located at Kuala Lumpur which is the heart of the city and easy to get to by public transportation.

• Act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policies.
• Follow up of outstanding debts with contracted customers on payment status in accordance with agreed payment terms.
• Follow up of outstanding debts with spot customers on payment status in accordance with Standard Operating Process (SOP) for SPOT Credit Controllers.
• Generate and send out Statement of Accounts (SOA) to customers by the agreed date indicated in agreement or as agreed with customers.
• Gather information required to help investigation and resolution in Final DA Settlement disputes.
