Credit Control Officer

Established 20 years ago, our client is rapidly expanding supermarket retail chain in Australia and has recently opened a division in New Zealand. Given the company's current phase of expansion, the client is looking for a Credit Control Officer who can handle a fast-paced corporate environment and is forward-thinking and driven.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Credit Control Officer works in close with the Accounts Receivable team. The key additional duties of the role will include:

• Assist with Detailed weekly or monthly reporting on all overdue accounts, together with assisting the team to action overdue accounts
• Manage Overdue debtors, complex dispute resolutions, debt collection and negotiate payment plans
• Ensure debtors are tightly managed, reporting on debtor balances and KPI’s, highlighting high risk accounts to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
