Responsibilities

• Involves field work. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain a good image of HC at designated stores / sites assigned partner retail POS.
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store.
• Be familiar with the HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards.
• Answer clients’ questions and concerns regarding HC Credit Card confidently.
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products according to internal policies and procedures, providing professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collect information, and work with the system.
• Keep the workplace presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.
