Credit Card Portfolio Leader

About the Role

We’re looking for a leader who can own and scale end-to-end credit strategy for our credit card business. This is a high-impact role where you will directly shape portfolio performance, customer experience, and long-term growth. What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end credit strategy across the entire credit card lifecycle — from acquisition and underwriting to credit limits, pricing, instalment programs, and collections.
• Own portfolio performance, balancing growth and risk to deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted returns.
• Define risk appetite, decision principles, and portfolio guardrails, including credit line management, authorisation strategies, and dynamic limit allocation.
