Role Summary
Credit / Accounts Receivable Manager – Americas.
Lead end-to-end AR performance across the Americas, drive cash flow, strengthen credit risk controls, and partner cross‐functionally with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve payment issues and improve overall receivables performance.
Location: Queretaro, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AR and collections strategy across the Americas to improve cash flow and reduce aging.
Drive performance against collection targets, including DSO reduction and overdue recovery.
Assess and manage customer credit risk, including credit limits and exposure monitoring aligned with IFRS‐9.
Partner with Sales and Customer Care to resolve disputes and remove payment barriers.
Oversee all AR transactional activities including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure strong controls, process discipline, and compliance across AR operations.
