Job Title: Credit & Collections Specialist
Overview:
We’re looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage receivables, support credit decisions, and provide strong customer service. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues, collect outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:

+ Collect outstanding AR balances and ensure timely payments

+ Handle customer account inquiries and resolve discrepancies

+ Review and release credit holds per company policy

+ Partner with sales and internal teams on collection efforts

+ Manage assigned accounts/territory and build customer relationships

+ Assist with new account setup and ERP data accuracy

+ Support audits and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of credit, collections, or AR experience

+ Strong customer service and communication skills
