Responsibilities

• To do routine collection and monitoring of over due collections.
• To do routine background checking of customer status.
• To assist in filing court claims against erring customer.
• Follow up collection via phone call or correspondence.
• Prepare and send statement of accounts and open items of assigned accounts to customers.
• Prepare collection itinerary for in house collectors and monitor their compliance and performance.
• Coordinate with agents for updates on the collection schedule
• Monitor and track delinquent and overdue accounts and regularly update the sales team.
• Forward documentation related to legal actions and debt recovery to the appropriate authorities.
• Approve credit releases from the hold queue based on company policies.
