Credit Analyst/Collections Analyst (Xico)

Credit Specialist is responsible for managing a customer portfolio to prevent delinquency of the Mexico segment accounts receivable. Ensuring customer billing and related activities are compliant with Mexico CFDI requirements (Comprobantes Fiscal Digital por Internet) and generating tax compliant billing for customer accounts while maintaining proper EDI receipt consistent with CFDI.

• Manage a customer portfolio to prevent delinquency of Mexico segment accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with Mexico CFDI requirements for billing and related activities.
• Generate tax compliant billing for customer accounts and ensure proper EDI receipt consistent with CFDI requirements.
• Facilitate, research, and analyze allowance or chargeback deductions taken by customers, interact with sales manager or functional specialist, analyze customer allowance budgets, and resolve through credit memo issuance or chargeback to customer.
