Creator-in-Residence

Role description

This is a Creator-in-Residence role at an early-stage startup (our client) based in Bengaluru. You will be the one-person content engine, responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts. You will be the face of the brand on camera, own the end-to-end content pipeline, and work directly with the founder to build a distinctive and growing online presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives on short-form content, has strong on-camera confidence, and can edit what they shoot without needing a separate team.

Roles and responsibilities

• Be the face of the brand and appear in reels, shorts, talking-head videos, and live sessions across platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content end to end, including scripts, hooks, captions, sound, transitions, ...
